Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

1. Items will be sent to all world by Hong Kong/China post AIR MAIL.
2. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what theseadditional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
3. We provide an additional expedited transportation including UPS.USPS.EMS.DHL.TNT. Transport costs need to pay an additional, specific fees, please contact me!

Shipping Time

We ship Monday Saturday excluding holidays. Please send us an email BEFORE your payment if you wish to change shipping address.

Ecomoic Service takes about 18-25 business days (Except Italy, Russia, Ukraine,Kazakhstan, East Europe, South America, which will take 30-45 days). Please note that this service is NOT trackable.

Standard Service takes about 7-20 business days.(trackable)

Expedited Service takes about 5-10 business days.(trackable)

The shipping time during Holiday Season (Christmas, Chinese New Year etc) could be longer than usual time. Please add another 5-10 days as a delay.

Shipping Method

Economy Service is China post airmail, Hong Kong post airmail or Singapore post airmail.

Standard Service is E-packet.

Expedited International Shipping Service is China post EMS,UPS, USPS,DHL,TNT.

Return policy

1.Defective Products.
We will accept returns on website purchases within one week of delivery arrival. All defective products can be returned for refund or replacement, we also will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The customer is liable to confirm with “Z-ritar” for a advisable shipping method.The defective products can be refund or replaced as soon your returned item arrives.

2.Non-defective Products.
Products that are not defective can be returned for replacement, even if just for the product is unsatisfactory for the application, but must apply within 5 days from the arrival date of shipment. The customer should be responsible for all shipping costs and all taxes.
Prior to returning the product, contact “Z-ritar” customer service department for a Return Authorization. All products returned to “Z-ritar” must be securely packaged in the proper shipping materials and reach “Z-ritar” without damage and please note that the parcel is for ‘return products’.

3.I’ve returned my items,how soon will i receive my refund?
In most cases, we will refund your money within 48 hours after your package has been processed.The time it takes to receive your refund will differ based on the payment method you used.
